Excellent service delivery is our hallmark, and we guarantee our clients 101% satisfaction always!
Clients are however entreated to also play their part in facilitating our service delivery.
Our team is highly skilled and experienced in the work we do. We may request certain information and design resources when needed for an excellent work and the very best of output, and clients who want such quality output are encouraged to support us with the requisite information and resources only they can provide, to facilitate such work.
We come up with ideas we can guarantee are the very best for a client.
However, as tastes vary naturally, if a client has something else specific in mind already that they would rather have us do, they must tell or show us so we do exactly that for them instead.
Waiting until our work is done before showing us something else that one had in mind and would rather prefer leads to extra work and costs on our part, and therefore results in extra charges.
Professional experience plays a lot into the design decisions we make for clients, to create outstanding work in a most reliable and efficient manner. We therefore encourage clients to heed our design recommendations always.
We are nonetheless inclined to take design instructions from clients if they insist, even if these may be, and often are, prone to miscalculations which lead to lots of experimenting and prolonged work.
Therefore, to stay within allocable time and resources of our standard or fixed price packages, we work with schedules, in delivering tasks, designs and/or revisions thereof.
See or request attached our Service Details document for deliverables and schedules we follow to deliver designs and revisions or management of such.
Alternatively, clients may request to be billed in hourly rates rather than fixed packages, so that they may expend such time in a manner they require (i.e. not to be limited by said schedules and to be able to request as many edits as often and for as long as they require).
During development, to minimize interference or disruptions to workflow, projects may be masked with a “Coming Soon” design or message, and requests to view work in progress may be declined. This “Coming Soon” design will be removed to reveal the actual work when ready.
Clients can expect exactly what has been communicated and agreed on in terms of design expectations and milestones. We will also communicate anything else if necessary, and clients may also reaffirm or refer back to the agreed design/concepts if necessary.
We engage clients and give them as much control over their work as possible. Clients are guaranteed 100% participation and choice when it comes to what we do for them.
Clients are however, even so, advised to follow our laid down procedures and mode of operation. These laid down procedures are informed from years of varied experiences with several other clients, and are designed to ensure smooth, efficient and excellent service delivery all things considered.
We do not alter our rules per client; our procedures are fixed and apply to ALL clients the same. Clients trying to employ their own approaches or procedures unknowingly compromise operations and thus their service experience, and this should be avoided at all cost.
Prompt and sufficient payments are required for smooth delivery of service.
Our standard packages are not designed for payment in instalments; being low priced at cost, bare-bones prices further lose their value when spread over a period.
Clients are entreated to make full initial payment if they can to facilitate work.
Depending on the service in question, we may permit AT LEAST 50% payment on an invoice BEFORE we start any work, ONLY for clients who want to see some proof of work first, AND ASSUMING that full payment is already available to them ready to be settled immediately this proof of work is shown (by which time full payment should be made).
Payments delayed past 2 weeks from this due date may lead to cancellation of service entirely, or attract interest and other charges on amounts outstanding for services already rendered.
If a payment plan is needed, a client must make that known at the onset, for appropriate adjustments to be made to our pricing accordingly.
As a common industry practice, we may leave a tiny link at the bottom of a finished work noting our company as the designers or developers of that work, and/or share snapshots of such work on our online/publishing media.
It is fair industry practice especially for companies like ours who have heavily subsidised packages. Clients who do not want such credits to be taken by our company may specifically request this, albeit for an upward revision to our prices.
We may also award additional discounts and courtesies to clients who leave a positive review about our services, if they enjoyed it, on any of our online platforms.
We prefer text, rather than calls, whenever possible. This is not only more efficient, but also ensures we have a written reference of all discussions had, information shared and requests made, to aid our work.

That’s it! We hope you enjoy our service, we’re always excited to work on a new project!
